Arrival & Access
Please arrive on time and text me when you're here: 07362 732063. I'll come collect you right away!
• Reception is typically staffed between 10am-2pm, so feel free to wait there after texting me
• If Life by Margot’ door is locked, just send me a text and I'll let you in at your appointment time
Solo Appointments
Due to our cozy studio space, appointments are for one guest at a time. Unfortunately, there isn't room for additional guests to wait, and the shared reception area serves multiple businesses in the building. I appreciate your understanding!
Furry friends: While I love dogs (I have my own little companion with me!), I'm unable to accommodate additional pets during appointments.
Shared Space Courtesy
Our building is home to several wellness professionals offering massage and relaxation services. Please help me be a good neighbor by keeping noise levels low – it means the world to me as we settle into our new space!
Comfort & Convenience
• Refreshments: Please bring your own water, drinks, and snacks – I want you to be comfortable!
• Entertainment: Phones, tablets, and movies are welcome! Please use earphones to respect other guests in the building
• Storage: Please avoid bringing suitcases or large bags, as storage is limited
During Your Service
Once your colour is processing, please relax in the studio. For everyone's comfort and privacy, we are restricted to our space rather than the shared reception area.
Important reminder
Skin tests are required 48 hours before your appointment if this is your first colour service with me, or if it's been six months since your last colour.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements
Deposit: All appointments require a 25% non-refundable booking fee at the time of reservation.
Why? This deposit system helps prevent overbooking and ensures appointment availability is fair for everyone. It protects against last-minute cancellations that prevent other clients from booking.
Good news! If you cancel with proper notice (see below), your deposit will remain on your account as credit toward your next service.
Appointment Availability
To give everyone the best chance to book:
• 70% of appointments are available for advance booking
• 30% of appointments are released closer to the date
This system helps both planners and those who need more flexibility!
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens! Here's what I need from you:
Cancellation Notice Required:
• 48 hours notice
If You Cancel With Proper Notice:
✓ Your deposit stays on account as credit for your next appointment
✓ No additional fees
Late Cancellations (Less Than Required Notice):
• Your deposit will be forfeited
• You may be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full appointment cost
• Exception: If I'm able to fill your appointment with a service of equal time/value, the full cancellation fee will be waived.
